Labour is permanently 20 points behind in the polls, meaning that it would lose a further 20-odd parliamentary seats, dropping below 200 in total. So today is Keir Starmer's lucky day.
There should have been local elections, at which many hundreds of right-wing Labour machine politicians, Starmer's own base, would have lost their councillors' allowances and other sweeties.
Either he would have had to have been replaced before the Party Conference in September, or it would have had to have been cancelled for his safety.
When is the coup going to start? Why has it not started already? Look up the 20-odd most vulnerable Labour MPs, and ask yourself, or even ask them, why they actively wanted to lose their seats.
