Towards A Phased Reopening?

Durham County Council, brothers and sisters. The first local authority that Labour ever won, and which it has never lost in more than a century since. Worse than Conservative-controlled Solihull.

With absolute moral authority, the County Durham Teaching Assistants need to declare that they would not be going back until Eton did, and even then only after everyone had been tested.

And Laura Pidcock is as good as a declared Labour candidate for Lanchester at next year's elections to Durham County Council. As the National Secretary of the People's Assembly, and as the partner of the incoming Senior Vice-President of the National Education Union, what has she to say to this?
