The persecution of Craig Murray and Mark Hirst is how the regime of Nicola Sturgeon treats those who uphold both the verdict of the highest civil court in Scotland, the Court of Session, and the verdict of the highest criminal court in Scotland, the High Court of Justiciary.
Both of those courts have found in favour of Alex Salmond, who should announce either his own Independent candidacy for the Scottish Parliament against Sturgeon at Glasgow Southside next year, or his support for Murray’s or Hirst’s candidacy there. Only one of those candidacies should proceed. Whichever it was would deserve to succeed.
For the list section of the Scottish Parliament, voters in each region should support a list that would fight for economic equality and for international peace through the democratic political control of the means to those ends within a united and independent Britain.
