Not that the sacking of Dominic Cummings would do anything about, say, homelessness, or food poverty.
But Keir Starmer cannot call for it, anyway, as he himself would then have to sack Stephen Kinnock from the Labour frontbench. And Kinnock is of course royalty.
The Corbyn Project, with all that might be said in praise or blame of it, is well and truly over. All that remains is the Labour Party that we have all known and hated all our lives.
That is the party in which the likes of Neil Kinnock's son, as such, must be protected and promoted at all costs. And when they say "all costs", then they really do mean it. As we see today.
