    You do realise, don't you, that Mr Kamm will not respond to this since his argument has already been accepted by a court of law.

    You are asking him to sue you for something you have already been convicted in relation to.

      No, I am not. His bizarre CapX article, as well as numerous other statements of his since then, have had nothing to do with the substance of my case.

      He would argue that I had no reputation to defame.

      As would come out on court, he knows where I live. Where is his writ?
