Statue of Limitations

Quite apart from what Christopher Hitchens himself would have made of the idea of a statue of him, it should at least be in the country where he was more famous than his brother, who in Britain is far better-known and almost incalculably more influential.

In other words, it should at least be in the country of which he chose to become a citizen in emulation of his violently anti-British hero, Thomas Jefferson.
