Trade Truth

British workers and consumers are better off without anything like the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, which is the trade deal between the EU and Canada.

That Boris Johnson wanted such a thing is sign that he and his party have still not quite grasped who and where delivered first the referendum result and then last year's overall majority.

There are of course many such signs. Notice that the collapse of trade negotiations with the EU barely rates a mention these days.

And what are we offered by way of an alternative? Keir Starmer, from whose front bench eight people resigned yesterday. Again, you would hardly have known. Please give generously.
