If Georgia and Texas really are in play, then either the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett represents a "Mission Accomplished" moment for people who no longer have to vote for the kind of man that they would not have in the house, or those people have given up waiting.
Either way, they are going to vote for the same candidate as every surviving member of the Bush Administration. And if that is not a good enough reason to view a Biden Administration with unalloyed horror, then I cannot imagine what possibly could be.
