Even if Joe Biden has won, then the Senate and the Supreme Court will render him a lame duck from the start.
Not that he had had any plan to do anything, anyway. His only policy was not being Donald Trump.
The candidate for whom every surviving member of the Bush Administrations will have voted, does now seem to have won. Let joy be unconfined?
