I love this talk of "Communist China". You may as well talk of "Conservative Britain" merely because that was the heritage name of the governing party, as if that told you anything remotely meaningful about the place.
Notice that there is no talk of actively harnessing the power of the State in order to bring back jobs from China or from anywhere else. So much for freedom from the European Single Market and the Customs Union. And, so to speak, watch that space.
