Unequivocally, Unambiguously and Without Reservation

Here we go again with the demand for Jeremy Corbyn to lie. While he was Leader, then anti-Semitism in the Labour Party was "dramatically overstated for political reasons". That is a fact.

On the day of the next General Election, Corbyn will be just shy of his seventy-fifth birthday. But refusing him the whip makes it impossible for him to be a Labour candidate, thereby putting the belt and braces on something that most people had in any case assumed.

It is time for certain persons to show some honesty. What interests them is a majority of 26,188. Let them say out loud that they wished to be the Labour candidate at Islington North, and that Corbyn could have the whip back tonight if he formally announced that in 2024 he would be retiring after 41 years.
