He was regularly seen in the pubs there when they were open, so it is no secret that Richard Holden's constituency home is in Wolsingham. Wolsingham is like Emmerdale. It is downright laughable to suggest that he is at greater risk of contracting Covid-19 when he is there than when he is in London.
I always said that no good would come of unitary local government in County Durham. And the impossibility of separating out the London Boroughs is not a reason to put the whole of London into Tier Two, but a reason to put the whole of London into Tier Three.
