Joe Biden is awful, and Kamala Harris is even worse. What they are not, however, is anything that their more hysterical opponents say that they are. Marxists, and what have you. I mean, get a grip.
Since they are certainly going to win the popular vote, then you have to believe that America is already like that. Indeed, the Democratic Party that they perfectly embody has won the popular vote at six of the last seven Presidential Elections, including all of the last three.
The one exception was George W. Bush in 2004, and numerous old hands from that Administration have come out for them. There is no serious doubt for whom Bush himself will already have voted, along with Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Condoleezza Rice, and all the rest. That is the problem with Biden and Harris.
