This country has been a bioethical rogue state since the 1980s.

It never bothers to ask itself why this "pioneering" is never done anywhere else, not even in Scandinavia, or in Canada, or in the Netherlands.

Nor why hardly anywhere else ever follows Britain up or down these paths that have supposedly been forged through the jungle.

What is the latest departure supposed to cure? Go through the lists of things that were supposed to have been eradicated by each of these novelties. They are stinkingly similar, over a period of several decades.

This is all a viciously cruel con. Ask the rest of the world.
