There is by definition no other kind in one's own country, of which one is a citizen, whether or not one is a journalist.
Intervention, according to one's capabilities, is part of the citizenship bit.
And that comes first.

Leveson would have applied to citizen journalists, local papers and even bloggers.

We might as well have told the Chinese President on his recent visit that we were attempting to bury the freedom for which Britain once stood and model our country on his.
