Lord Livingstone of London?

I do not believe for one second that he would give up his seat on the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party.

But if he really wanted to get back in, then he would wait for the Tooting by-election.

The candidate for that will be picked by the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party.
