Whose Streets?

At this moment in London, the teenage boys, in particular, are under a kind of house arrest, for fear of their lives.

Sadiq Khan must not be reelected next year, and it is difficult to see why the Labour Party should nominate him again.

After his recent spot of bother, we had been hoping for Paul Embery as a parliamentary candidate. But he is probably going to stay in the Labour Party.

In which case, his robust brand of non-liberal left-wingery, not learned out of a book, is exactly what Labour should nominate for Mayor of London.

And if it did not, well, we shall indeed have our own party by then.
