Chuka Chucks Himself Out

A long time ago, my expulsion from the Labour Party was the best thing that ever happened to me.

But Chuka Umunna and the rest of those who are openly floating their scheme for a new party are doing exactly what I was expelled for, only on a national scale and with access to vastly more publicity.

By my reckoning, they are already autoexcluded from the Labour Party. If I am wrong about that, then please explain how, exactly.

  1. No real Labour member considers Umunna to be part of our party.

    1. But membership is a fact, not an opinion. How does he continue to hold it? In point of fact, does he continue to hold it?

  2. He and Jacob Rees-Mogg represent the opposite poles of public opinion much better than the robotic May (who believes in nothing) and Corbyn.

    1. The right wings of both parties might very well secede. They would each get less than five per cent of the vote, and neither of them would be the First Past the Post in any constituency.
