Sir Michael Lyons, a former Chairman of the BBC Trust, was on The World at One to call out the BBC for its, "extraordinary attacks on the elected Leader of the Labour Party."
Martha Kearney sounded as if her maiden honour had been impugned, and Tony Hall was beside himself at the mere suggestion.
They are depending on the Left to back them up. They are in for a hell of a shock.
Even as much of an erstwhile insider as Lyons can see why. But those still stuck in the bubble genuinely cannot see it.
They will.
They will be made to.
