A Shocking Stance

"Mick Lynch loses it with the media," say the media. Mishal Husain has no idea how to cope with anything other than, "Ooh, you're so clever." Blairites are told nothing else from the cradle, even though most of them are as thick as mince and none of them has ever read anything. They explode if anyone ever fails to show them the deference to which they are accustomed, and that is just the ones whose grandfathers were not, as Directors-General of the ISI, de facto rulers of Pakistan.

The Government prevented a settlement of the rail dispute in August. Egged on by the BBC, it is actively assisting almost entirely foreign-owned companies, which are often owned by foreign states, in driving down safety standards in Britain so that they can funnel abroad yet more of their British public subsidies. Only the unions are holding the line against this. The RMT and ASLEF have been in favour of leaving the EU, in full, since long before it became fashionable. Think on.

We are heading for a hung Parliament. To strengthen families and communities by securing economic equality and international peace through the democratic political control of the means to those ends, including national and parliamentary sovereignty, we need to hold the balance of power. Owing nothing to either main party, we must be open to the better offer. There does, however, need to be a better offer. Not a lesser evil, which in any case the Labour Party is not.

  1. If you were in Parliament there would have been a settlement by now.

    1. It would have taken a lot more than that, but I would have done my bit.
