I do not hate Priti Patel. In any case, right-wing brown people are nothing new to me. 

But Patel's "I'm sorry if they feel like that" answer to a question about PPE in the NHS was damning.

And the argument is unanswerable that Diane Abbott would have been pilloried for Patel's numerical error.
