Quiz took me back in many ways. Charles Ingram never saw a penny because, even if Celador had not eventually put a stop on it, then he would still have had to have gone to the bank and cashed the cheque. Those were the days.
Of course the Ingrams and Tecwen Whittock were innocent. But of course they were convicted. Eccentric. A bit posh. "The Crown contends" as "The Queen says" to a large proportion of the population. But the Court of Appeal is a different story. It's a Cardinal Pell thing. The Ingrams' appeal deserves every support.
