I was going to write that the impending retirement of Roberta Blackman-Woods was, as he himself might put it, the "piss or get off the pot" moment for Ben Sellout.
But in the last few minutes, the following has appeared on a highly supportive Twitter account: "Following the retirement of @robertabwMP , which of the @TAs_Durham is going to be the next MP for Durham City? Notice that I have not specified a party. @davidaslindsay @georgegalloway #MOATS"
