Gordon Brown should tell Congress that he warmly welcomed Buy American and would be introducing Buy British, and he should urge them to adopt American Jobs for American Workers while explaining how he was going to give meaning to British Jobs for British Workers.
The squeals from the totally discredited economic Establishment, and from everyone else who fears having to pay a fair price for the labour of workers who cannot simply be replaced either by importation or by exportation, should be dismissed with contempt at the very least.
