Knowing that his suspension would expire with the Parliament that had imposed it, Keith Vaz has continued to maintain two staffed offices in Leicester East, paid for by person or persons unknown.
Those offices do constituency work with, it would seem, the full cooperation of anyone whom they might contact in that capacity. Apparently, being Keith Vaz is part of the Constitution.
And now we discover that in return for Vaz's not seeking the Labour nomination at Leicester East, then a safe seat at the next General Election will be found for his daughter. How is he this important?
"Everyone" knows so no one will tell us.
