The President of Ukraine is adamant that no Russian invasion is imminent. When it did not happen, then who could claim the credit in Britain for having averted it?
Would it be that world statesman, Boris Johnson? Or would it be the formidable Liz Truss? On the answer to this pressing question rests the Premiership of this immensely serious and significant country.
Johnson was ambushed with a cake, Putin has nothing to worry about there.
