Boris Johnson really had better be right this time. Either way, he will not lead the Conservative Party into the next General Election.
He must be succeeded by Rishi Sunak, who may or may not believe in levelling up, rather than by Liz Truss, who most certainly does not.
They are sharpening the knives against Truss.
