Comprehensive and Progressive?

We already have bilateral trade agreements with seven of these 11 countries. We could do them with the other four as well.

Joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership is specifically about joining the Investor-State Dispute Settlement system that allows foreign investors to sue governments for actions that threatened their profits.

It is wholly incompatible with national sovereignty. And there is no economic need for it.
