She left yesterday's Commons debate on foodbanks, within her sphere of Ministerial responsibility and during which her partisans were laughing themselves silly while most of her Coalition partners were not in attendance.

She left in order to do the paperwork to claim her £400 weekly allowance for food.

Britain is the only G8 country in receipt of Red Cross Emergency Food Aid.
