Unless Theresa May announces an extra £350 million per week for the starved, and thus crisis-stricken, NHS, then Labour needs to go thermonuclear.
Even though the Government would win a No Confidence vote due to the simple parliamentary arithmetic, the motion would still need to be tabled, and the debate would still need to be held.
