Chicken Coup

Any Labour coup would have to be staged before Chilcot Day, which falls a week on Wednesday.

Jeremy Corbyn would walk any General Election after that.

He is not one of the eight people who have left the Shadow Cabinet today. Nor is John McDonnell, Diane Abbott or Jon Trickett.

They are all still there.

Think on.

  1. 11 have quit already. But as Peter Hitchens says today, shouldn't almost every Labour MP have to resign too since their voters have just defied them in a referendum?

    1. Of course, Corbyn, McDonnell and Abbott wouldn't have to. Or would they?

People forget how long they have been in politics. They know exactly what they are doing.

    2. You can't "defy" your MP, they don't issue instructions.
