If Douglas Murray cares that much about the funding of British universities by "despotic" governments such as that of Iran (more women than men at university, three reserved parliamentary seats for a Christian and one for a Jew, &c, &c, &c), then, since Kamm will not sully himself by contact with the common herd, he has a standing invitation to express his concerns to the electorate as such.

Along, of course, with his fanatical support for a President of the United States who was financially dependent on Saudi Arabia, and his preference for a Democratic nominee (though not candidate - he still wanted McCain, and thus Kagan) who had promised a nuclear strike against Iran if so instructed by her paymasters in the truly despotic, viciously misogynistic and ferociously Jew-hating Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates.
