Simon Case again. His name comes up far too often.
Case came up through GCHQ and the Royal Households. He is a spook and a courtier. So he sees himself as the Prime Minister's fixer, and the Prime Minister at the time in question was Boris Johnson.
But is that really the role of the Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Home Civil Service?
He'll survive, they always do.
