The Scottish media are refusing to name him. I am not a reporter, so I rarely break stories. But someone has to ensure open justice in this case.
And has anyone on the Holyrood Inquiry said that they were not allowed to publish Alex Salmond's allegation that Nicola Sturgeon misled the Scottish Parliament? Are they allowed to say that they are now allowed? Everyone apart from the pro-Sturgeon faction of the SNP should now walk out of the chamber whenever she started to speak. They would have to report that.
