The solution to this carry on over prescription charges, and over eye and dental charges, is of course free prescriptions, and free eye and dental treatment, throughout the United Kingdom.
If you proposed charging for prescriptions in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, then there would be riots in the streets, or not very far off.
