Get A Grip

Remember the noisily "foiled" plots to release ricin on the streets of London and to blow up Manchester United? We all laughed, and on one level we were right to do so.

But it was all part and parcel of the great theft of our liberties according to a Home Office wish list which had existed for many years, and of dragging us into wars which, again, had been openly advocated by their eventual financial beneficiaries since long before 11th September 2001.

Now, likewise, "al-Qaeda", an organisation which does not exist, is not about to unleash "commandos" onto the streets of Durham, Amiens or Cologne. This whole thing has been cooked up to make it look as if France and Germany might as well have participated in the Iraq War, for all the good that correctly having stayed out of it has done in protecting their citizens from Islamist terrorism.

Utter rubbish.

If there is an attack in France or Germany, or in Britain at the moment, then we will all know whom to blame. And it will not be Osama Bin Laden. Think on.
