David Cameron charges UKIP with having done nothing for our fishermen. Well, that puts them in plenty of company. The restoration of the United Kingdom’s historic and internationally lawful fishing rights (two hundred miles or to the median line) was even an old Major hand like Michael Howard’s nod towards Euroscepticism. But David "European People’s Party" Cameron has given up even that.
