Three cheers for New York City as it prepares to ban cashless shops and restaurants.
The War on Cash is a war on the economic, social, cultural and political participation of certain classes and ethnic groups, and it is a means of keeping track of every penny that the rest of us spend.
End it. If Wall Street's own city can do that, then anywhere can, including the City of London's own country.
