And Another Thing

At Number 37, one parent makes 44k, so Child Benefit withdrawn.

At Number 39, each parent makes 23k, so, although that gives 46k in all, Child Benefit unchanged.

    Not only that, but the spouse of the £44k earner at no 37 has time to contribute to a Big Society, whereas at no 39 neither has time to be involved in anything.

    Shooting a whole concept in the foot - good start!
