Somewhere in Republican areas are stores of arms beyond the control of the Provisional Army Council? Come on!

    Ah.....but but but......there is no such thing as the Army Council. We have been assured by Lord All Too Nice (previously of the Alliance Party)and just about everybody who was ever a Canadian general.
    To take an alternative view...that perhaps the Army Council exists after all....would cast doubt on a lot of honourable people such as Shaun Woodward and Mandy Mandelson.
    A truly appalling vista...as Lord Denning might have said.
