Long Divisions

Not long ago, we had a First Lord of the Treasury who did not understand how percentages or probabilities worked.

And if you think that five per cent would be a pay rise when inflation was 11 per cent, then you do indeed have an anti-Maths mindset.

The desperation of the state broadcaster to whip up public opposition to the strikes is a thing of beauty, yet not a joy forever.

It has worked on the Labour Party, though. Well, of course it has.


  1. Compared to the written off fraud by the likes of Michelle Mone, settling the claims would be small fry.

    1. And the mini-Budget. The damage from the mere suggestion of that is never going to be fully corrected.
