On becoming Prime Minister, Boris Johnson claimed to have a plan to deal with social care.
Soon afterwards, at the last General Election, he promised not to raise National Insurance.
So what happened to his original plan?
Political prisoner, activist, journalist, hymn-writer, emerging thinktanker, aspiring novelist, "tribal elder", 2019 parliamentary candidate for North West Durham, Shadow Leader of the Opposition, "Speedboat", "The Cockroach", eagerly awaiting the second (or possibly third) attempt to murder me.
You could have demolished him with this question, like Bevan's "too wicked or too stupid" question.
