The British Gas workers are fighting against fire and rehire, with the Labour Party making approving noises, if not exactly doing very much.
But fire and rehire was of course what Durham County Council, Labour throughout living memory, did to the Teaching Assistants at Christmas 2016 in order to cut their pay by 23 per cent.
That Council's wing is now back in control of the Labour Party, so what does Keir Starmer have to say about that?
