Who cares what Boris Johnson says about anything? He would never make it onto the shortlist of two that Conservative MPs would send out to the party at large. That is inconceivable.
Of course there is a threat to Theresa May over Brexit. It comes from the people who want a second referendum, between the EEA and Remain, with no third option.
And they are the people who run the Conservative Party. Always have. Always will.
