The State of Them

Theresa May shouldn't do jokes. They don't suit her.

By Christmas, the public is going to find everything about her very, very, very annoying.

No word of an answer on housing, on court fees, on Orgreave, on race and policing, on the complete collapse of the Government's economic policy, on anything.

Jeremy Corbyn asked the questions. But answer came there none.

The behaviour on the Conservative benches was extremely telling. They find poverty hilarious, and they'll cheer any old tribal drivel.

May was supposed to be making their party more state school. Well, you certainly couldn't have behaved in that braying, honking, boorish way at my state school.
