Bad For Our Health

Winterbourne View, Southern Cross: isn't more Blairite private provision exactly what we need where the NHS is or used to be? Course it is.

Meanwhile, the penny seems to be dropping that the Blairite process for forcing people off Incapacity Benefit, which is extremely hard to get, makes quite ill people very ill indeed. Thereby, as much as anything else, actually increasing entitlement. But it won't drop properly until after the Paralympics, sponsored by Atos.

On that note, however, I am rather warming to it all now. Especially as I have just spent several days breezing around a half-deserted West End. Can London have the Olympics every August, please?
