As for "he may as well have let you have that nomination after all", not only did he lose the seat, but the council in question has since been abolished.

ReplyDeleteWho cares? Not the Chairman of the CLP, a County Councillor who has parctically said so on the front page of this week's Advertiser. Not the old Deputy Ledaer of Derwentside, who came even closer to saying so on The Politics Show last week. No one.
