    It actually shot a drug dealer (they do IRONY very well) about six weeks ago in Derry.
    Never the most efficient organisation it has to be said.
    Has not really existed as a potent force for a few years as most of its members for a taste for that sorta thing threw its lot in with the "dissidents".
    Incidently there is a true story where a group of dissidents currently in custody on "membership charges" which they are denying......have written to supporters and others showing their ranks.........one even signing himself "Officer Commanding".
    The INLA decision was actually based on the fact that there will be no extension of the deadline for decommissioning weapons.
