South Ossetia

Oh well, after Kosovo, why the hell not? After Kosovo, why the hell not anywhere? Cleveland, say, which still exists for ceremonial and policing purposes?

I should blog at greater length on this in the coming days. But, honestly, this will do for now: after Kosovo, why the hell not?
