The Lib Dem MP John Hemming has left a comment on Iain Dale's blog, indicating that he will probably abstain rather than vote against the illiberal and undemocratic Lisbon Treaty, which would transfer of yet further legislative power to a body which meets in secret and publishes no Official Report, and which does nothing to abolish the Common Fisheries Policy.
